Hey Austin salseros/salseras, Roux restaurant on Sixth Street is hosting a salsa night on Wednesday nights starting with a free lesson with Sidney at 10 and then a DJ'd mix of salsa, cha cha and bachata going until 1am. According to Sidney, the DJ (whose name I don't recall at the moment) plays a very good mix. Roux is located on 6th St. between Brazos and San Jacinto and is just beneath the Parish. Starting September 10, 2008, from 9:30 PM. There will also be
FREE Salsa Lessons by Sydney.

Live Band Salsa Night in town!
Roux Cajun Restaurant is located at 214 E 6 St. in the heart of
Downtown, Just under the renowned Parish Club. This a great
place for food and a its a big restaurant with a lot of space to
dance, eat and drink.
Come and join us for this venture! is only $5.00 cover charge
that goes to the band.
